Jon was born and raised in Sikeston, MO before moving to Columbia in 1999. He attended the University of Missouri graduating with a degree in civil engineering in 2003. This is also where he met his wife, Sarah, a fellow graduate of Mizzou. After marrying in 2005, they moved to Jefferson City and quickly came to consider it as home. Jon and Sarah have two wonderful daughters, Riley (2009) and Makayla (2013). Some of their favorite things to do together are going to ballgames, watching movies, playing games, and warm weather vacations. Jon and Sarah are excited to be a part of Freshwater's mission to help others find peace and everlasting joy in God through the complete and sufficient work of Jesus Christ.
